The house was pretty much completely re-done from March-July of 2008. Work done included:
New Kitchen
Cabinets, counter tops, sink, fixtures, appliances, pantry, tile floor, walls, insulation plumbing and electrical
New Baths
Cabinets, counter tops, fixtures, tub/shower, toilets, tile, walls, electrical and plumbing
All Flooring
Tile in dining room, kitchen, and both bathrooms
Hardwood flooring in family room, hallways and 2 bedrooms
Carpet on stairs and in master bedroom
Walls
New walls and insulation were installed in Kitchen, dining room, downstairs bath, and living room
Paint
The entire house was repainted
Appliances
washer, dryer, refrigerator, down-draft range, dishwasher and microwave
Kitchen tools
Toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, cutlery, utensils, dishes and glasses
Furniture
All new furniture including: beds, mattresses, couches, tables (bedside, family room and kitchen) and outdoor furniture.
Misc
Furnace/water heater, sliding glass doors (6), gas grill, outdoor shower, 5 bedroom septic, white shell driveway, landscaping, drapery and bedding
